Questions about an official Washington County court docket belong with the court that filed the case. This private site cannot retrieve, certify, alter, or seal judicial records. The routes below distinguish the Fifth District Clerk of Court from local Justice Court clerks and from the Washington County Clerk/Auditor, which does not serve as clerk of courts.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use these official routes for common Washington County requests:

  • A court date or setting: check the official court calendar, then confirm changes with the court
  • Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
  • A specific case: search by case number or party name and narrow by court location
  • Court records and case files: use the court record request routes for copies or certification
